I'll bet! It took me a while to get used to not having my powers, too, when my season was on. It's like losing a part of yourself, in a way.

How long ago were you on one of these...?

Not long at all, actually. My season was the one just before this.

Oh.

Was that the case for all of you?

It's the first time we've all worked as crew, but we weren't all on the same season. Stolas and Lady Fukawa were the only other ones from mine - the three of were teammates.

Oh! Is that nice? To be with your former team?

[ smiles! ]

Yeah, it is. We actually didn't get to spend a ton of time together in our season because of how things went... it's been really good to get to know them better this time around.

[ that's nice... ]

What was yours like?

[ hums. ]

There were two sides to it. One part of it was singing, dancing, doing stuff for fans... they called us "idols." The other was hunting and killing demons - that's why people died each week.

You can just say it's weird. I know it is.

It is a little.

But it is unique. Did you like performing?

It was a little uncomfortable... I don't think I was meant to be a performer like that. If it was just singing, though, it would've been fine.

That makes sense. A lot here would be better if we weren't being watched.

If it makes you feel any better, we could only see what you guys were doing in public, so it might be the same for all the people watching the show, too.
